The Tulsa Public Schools Accounting Department includes the functional areas of Payroll, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Fixed Asset Accounting.  General questions can be directed to each area as follows:

  • Payroll - Direct Deposit, Time Sheets, Paycheck Calculation, Paycheck Problems, Payroll Calendar, Finding your Payroll Representative, Garnishments, Deductions, Withholding.
  • Accounts Payable - Vendor Payments, Contract Labor Payments, Consultant Payments, Employee Expense Reports, Bond Expenditures, Warrants, Utilities, Purchases of Services, Walker System Problems, Requisition and Purchase Order entry problems.
  • General Accounting - OCAS ACK Coding (account coding), Available for Expenditure Issues, General Accounting Issues.
  • Financial Reporting - Site Financial Reports, Audited Financial Statements, Special Information Requirements, Special Report Requests.
