Supply Swap Project

The Supply Swap Project is a pilot program designed to allow school site secretaries to work together in the exchange or transfer of surplus office supplies.

The goal of the project is to make available to all schools a universal list of each school's surplus supplies. Each school can review the list to see if another school has any items it may be able to use. The school would then contact the other, to make arrangements for pickup or delivery of the surplus items. The successful exchange of supplies in this manner should 1) save money on the purchase of new supplies, and 2) put to better use those items that would go to waste sitting in storage and taking up space.

If you have usable, surplus office supplies (including furniture and equipment) at your site, and would like to make them available for use by another site, all you have to do is make a list of the following information, and send it to Becca Goodson at ESC, Room 500, or to goodsbe@tulsaschools.org:

  1. Item description
  2. Quantity
  3. Location
  4. Contact name
  5. Contact phone number

Your information will then be posted to the shopping list on this website.
