PM HIGH SCHOOL COMPLETION

Hale High School              

6960 East 21st Street         (Please enter by the South door near the cafeteria at Hale).  

      Monday Classes Begin:        September 21, 2009       Hale High School        5:30 - 9:30 PM

 ENROLLMENT FEES:  Fees must be paid at the time of enrollment--cash, VISA, Master Card, or money order payable to Tulsa Adult Education.  Tulsa Public Schools does not accept personal checks.

$140.00 PER ½ UNIT OF CREDIT

Students must have a blue card signed by a high school counselor to enroll.  Students must have paper and pencils for the first class session.

Enrollment will not be accepted at any site other than those listed above, or on any other dates and times.

LATE ENROLLMENT:  Students may enroll in most classes as late as the second session, unless the class has been closed.  Late enrollment is not recommended due to the absences allowed as required by the state.  The maximum number of absences allowed for satisfactory completion is nine (9) class hours.  Classes missed due to late enrollment will be counted as absences.  Late enrollment students must attend class on that day.

REFUND POLICY:  Refunds are given for students who drop before the third class session.  Refunds will be made six weeks after the "Application for Refund" form is received.  When a refund is made, $10.00 will be retained for cost of processing.  All fees will be refunded if class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.

STUDENTS:  Disciplinary problems in the classroom will not be tolerated.  Students who are asked to leave will not receive a refund.  Students will not be allowed back in class until the next semester.

All Tulsa Public School  seniors must have earned all credits before graduation in order to participate in  graduation. Please encourage all students to make up failed course work as soon as possible.
