Rationale and Course Description
Early Care and Education II prepares students for an occupation as Master Teacher in an early childhood program. Emphasis will be placed on planning curriculum and the environment.
How will students learn?
Students receive theory in the classroom through independent study utilizing the CIMC Lead Teacher Child Care Series materials, videos, the textbook, Working with Young Children, the internet, and other child care resource books. Hands-on learning will be gained in the Day Care Center.
