Community Education Instructor/Course Application
 

►YOU have the flexibility to schedule your own class.

►All instructors will be paid 75% of the tuition collected.  (YOU determine the amount to be charged for your class and the minimum and maximum number of students allowed.)

►Classes will be held through out the year.  (YOU choose the dates that best fit your schedule.)

►Classes will not be held when school is not in session (except during the summer) nor on school holidays:  Labor Day, Fall Break, Thanksgiving Day Break, Winter Break, ML King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Spring Break and Memorial Day.

APPLICATION:  No phone information will be taken. You may apply by faxing your information to Linda Caine at (918) 746-6565 or by sending an e-mail to:  sizemwa@tulsaschools.org.
