Section 125 Internal Revenue Compliance

According to IRS regulations, each employee must be informed annually of their ability to set aside monies for medical and dependent day care expenses and to purchase certain insurance products on a pre-tax basis.

In order to comply with this regulation, representatives from American Fidelity meet with all employees during the months of February and March. The meetings are held at each school site.
