Human Resource Team
Service with a smile is the underlying theme in the Department for Human Resources. The Human Resource team is committed to creating an atmosphere within the District that will allow all employees to feel a genuine sense of accomplishment. Attracting and hiring the best employees are two of the most important elements for the Human Resource Team. The Team members are: Chief Human Resource Officer - Bill Naftzger; Director of Human Resources and Personnel Services - Dr. Lynelle Burrows; Director of Compliance, Employee and Labor Relations - Roger Holder; and Director of Compensation and Benefits - Garry Potter; and Director of Human Resources - John Harris.
