Tulsa Professional Development Goals
Goal 1 - Provide all school personnel with experiences in the research-based best practices of effective teaching and learning, especially in reading, mathematics, and school leadership.
Goal 2 - Provide all school personnel with opportunities to further develop, deepen and enrich their professional skills and knowledge.
Goal 3 - Challenge all school personnel to examine their attitudes and beliefs regarding, first, the capacity of all students to learn at high levels and second, their accountability for continuous improvement in student performance.
