Dale Snow, B.S., has been the Medicaid Program Supervisor for Tulsa Public Schools since July 2004. Mr. Snow received a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Northeastern Oklahoma State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in 1978. Mr. Snow was employed as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from 1978 till 1983 when he joined Whirlpool Corporation. Mr. Snow left Whirlpool Corporation in 1989 and opened a restaurant which he managed until 1993. Mr. Snow first joined Tulsa Public Schools as a Paraprofessional in the fall of 1993 and worked primarily with Emotionally Disturbed Children, while taking course work towards a degree in Special Education. Mr. Snow was employed by a Skilled Nursing Facility as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 1995 before returning to Tulsa Public Schools as a Medicaid Technician in the fall of 1999.
