The third Special Education Assistance Satisfaction Survey was launched using Zoomerang online survey software at 8:55 AM on Monday, November 14, 2007.  It was closed at 3:35 PM on Friday, November 18, 2007.  The survey was sent through e-mail invitation to 1,454 employees of the Tulsa Public School District.  An e-mail reminder was sent to those who had not yet completed the survey on Wednesday, November 16, 2007.  A total of 750 district employees participated in the survey, resulting in a 51% response rate. 

Absolute confidentiality of the respondents was preserved at all times.  No respondent names or e-mail addresses are included

in any of the result reports.
