Thank you for your interest in our catering services!  We look forward to helping you make your event a success. 

Please complete the form below in its entirety.  One order form needs to be filled out per date if the menu or number of participants is different!  If you have multiple dates with the same order, simply put all of the dates in the date and day of function box (i.e. September 18-21).

Thank you for your order!  We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your order.  We will only send a proposal with the total cost of event if you have indicated that you want it in the comments section.

Cancellations:  Please notify the Catering Director through email at whiteki@tulsaschools.org or call 746-6117 if your event must be canceled.  Please call if less than 48 hours notice, charges may apply.
