Please complete the form below in its entirety. One order form needs to be filled out per date if the menu or number of participants is different! If you have multiple dates with the same order, simply put all of the dates in the date and day of function box (i.e. September 18-21).

Please select from our menu options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, beverages, or specialty item. Once you have chosen your menu, list your quantities below. If this is less than one week prior to event, please call the Catering Director at 746-6117 to schedule. Additional customized catering menus are available upon request.
