Orders
- We request one week notice for your catering function to guarantee
your specific order and time.
- Room arrangements are the responsibility of the client, not the
catering department. At least one serving table will need to be
arranged for the service of food. More tables may be necessary
depending on size of event.
- Our Catering Department can provide food
for District-related functions. We are also able to offer our services to
out-of-district groups when such functions are held in a District building. There may be limitations to menu
choices depending on your selected location and kitchen equipment
available.
- There will be a $25.00 set-up and delivery fee for all functions
outside the Education Service Center. The set-up includes
tablecloths, skirts, and flower decorations. If you request delivery
only, the fee is $10.00 (Orders can always be picked up from Education
Service Center to defer this fee).
- Your order will be delivered and set-up
approximately 15 minutes prior to your serving time
- We will provide linen for the serving tables. If additional
linen is requested, there will be an additional cost.

All prices include quality paper goods.
China and glassware are available at an additional charge of $.50 per
person.

Saturday events will be charged an additional
labor cost.

An attendant will monitor any formal event at no
additional cost. If you require an attendant at a smaller event, a
charge of $15.00 per hour will apply.

We will provide enough beverages for one per
person when beverages are included in the menu item. We will provide
one-third diet pop and two-thirds regular pop when pop is ordered.

We will provide 2
cookies per person on all applicable orders.

For school events where
the kitchen is used, the School Board requires a food service employee to
be present. Food service personnel can not donate their time for an event.
An hourly catering fee will be charged.
Payment
- Charges are based on the number of guests given at the time of
confirmation or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.
- Any lost or misplaced items are the responsibility of the client, and
will be included on your invoice. This does include the black
plastic serving trays.
- 48 hours cancellation notice is required on all catering services to
avoid billing charges.
- You will be billed after the catering
event. When paying by check, please pay to Tulsa Public
Schools Child Nutrition, and send to 3029 South New Haven, P.O. Box 470208 Tulsa, OK
74114.
- All catering prices are subject to change.
