1 First Dose at Tulsa Public Schools
Tulsa Public Schools is administering the H1N1 vaccine free of charge. Some schools have been identified to receive the vaccine by the Tulsa Health Department. TPS has also received its own supply of the H1N1 vaccine and will identify more schools as additional supplies arrive. If your school is not listed for a vaccine, the Health Department is hosting walk-in clinics.
Vaccinations are only available for enrolled students and employed staff of the selected schools.

H1N1 Second Doses at TPS (students nine years of age and younger)
TPS will be revisiting Elementary sites to give the second dose to students nine years of age and younger. No new individuals will be vaccinated. All clinics will start at 9 a.m. and conclude when students, with valid consent forms (two forms) who are on site, have been vaccinated.

All-District H1N1 Vaccinations at the ESC
TPS Health Services will offer FREE all-district H1N1 clinics at the Education Service Center on January 8th (JANUARY 8 CANCELLED DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER) & 12th from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Selman Room, or until the vaccine is exhausted. All employees and students, where on-site clinics have not been held, are eligible. Employees/students must bring either their TPS identification badge or identification verifying employment or enrollment with TPS.
Students 18 years of age or younger must be accompanied by their legal guardian if the two consent forms are not completed prior to the clinic. The two required TPS consent forms can be completed upon arrival or prior to the clinic by downloading using the links provided.

St. John Urgent Care Seasonal Flu Vaccinations
St. John Urgent Care is helping your friends and family fight the flu by offering preventative seasonal flu shots at all four area Urgent Care clinic locations. The seasonal flu vaccines are available on a walk-in basis and cost $30 payable by cash, check or credit card. Patients with CommunityCare Senior or Medicare are eligible to have the cost of the flu shot covered.
Seasonal flu shots are recommended for everyone, but especially for adults age 50 and older, children between the ages of 6 months and 59 months, pregnant women and individuals of any age who have a chronic medical condition. Persons who live with or care for a person with a high risk condition (including healthcare workers) should also be vaccinated.
