An Open Invitation to the TPS Community
Tulsa Public Schools is on a “Journey to Performance Excellence” and you are invited to join us as we begin planning for the next six years. Input from several planning groups to be held across the district will help establish our focus for meeting the educational needs of our community. We need your involvement as we build upon our strengths and identify areas for improvement.

Our 2008-2009 Strategic Plan is included on this website. Copies of the plan are also available from your child’s school. The current strategic plan provides helpful information for understanding the current work of the district. You can be a part of this process by attending focus group meetings in your area. You will have an opportunity to engage in thoughtful discussion and share your own thoughts and ideas as well as listen to the thoughts and ideas of others, or you can review updates that are posted on this website and make comments or suggestions.
