In preparation for Progress letters to go to students homes by November 20, 2009 here is a review of the process to have your teachers enter their final grades and complete progress letters. If there has been an override grade put in previously this will need to be removed and the grade book recalculated.
Teachers have the opportunity to enter grades from home if the wish by logging onto https://powerschool.tulsaschools.org/teachers. Make sure that pop ups are allowed from this site. Also note that the Progress Report and Report Card processes are very similar.

Steps for Progress Report Process

  1. Teachers enter grade book comments - Tutorial link: Secondary Progress Reports
  2. Teacher recalculates grade book - Tutorial link: Recalculate Gradebook
  3. Teacher runs final grade report. This report can be printed, e-mail or saved to a shared folder for the administrative staff to review.- Tutorial link: Final Grade Report
  4. Site notifies ISS (Tracy McGee McgeeTr@tulsaschools.org) if Progress Reports will be printed at your site or if ISS will be printing them.
