Clinic at Addams!!!
I am happy to be
able to report that the Bedlam Clinic will be at Addams on Tuesday and
Friday mornings!!!!!!! I will be collecting information to send to you
this week. Hopefully the clinic will be on campus next week. We have
been working for several years to provide a clinic for the families at
Addams. Addams is a community school and as such is receiving the
services of the Bedlam Mobile Clinic. There is information in the
Wednesday folder. To make an appointment with OU Bedlam Clinic, call
660-3614. We’ve worked hard to get the clinic for our school. Please
use and enjoy the services.
Student Saving Program
American Heritage Bank is providing the
opportunity to learn to manage money by joining the Smart Saver’s Club.
If you would like your child to participate, complete the form and
return it to school. (Forms are located on the parent information
table.) Your child will be able to deposit money into his/her account
each Tuesday before school in the front hall. If you have questions,
please call the school and I will put you in touch with Don Engle, the
representative from American Heritage Bank.
Veteran’s Day Celebrations
Addams
students will attend a Veteran’s
Day Celebration on November 9
and 12. On Friday the students
who have perfect attendance for
the first quarter and the
Student Council will attend a
musical program at Webster High
School. The Senior Choir from
Asbury Methodist Church will
present a musical tribute to
veterans. You are welcome to
attend. The program is at 1:00
p.m.
On Monday, November 12, the
fifth grade classes will attend
the Veteran’s Day Parade to be
held in downtown Tulsa. We are
excited that students have the
opportunity to learn about the
importance of Veteran’s Day and
what it means to the citizens of
our country.
