Mrs. Hattie Humphrey, Bell Elementary School art teacher, was recently honored by Family & Children's Services with the "You Make the Difference" award at their annual "Heart of our Family" Recognition Breakfast on February 14.  Mrs. Humphrey was the recipient of this award for her record holding 15 years of continuous participation in the Family & Children's Poster Contest.  Mrs. Humphrey's enthusiasm over the years has allowed many of her students to create some of the award-winning artwork that adorns the walls of the Family & Children's Services facilities.
