BELL ELEMENTARY HAS EARNED

"STANDARD BEARER" SCHOOL STATUS!

Bell Elementary School has shown "Significant Improvement" in the Tulsa Public Schools Accountability Plan and has thus earned the distinction of being one of the 2003 - 2004 T.P.S. Elementary Schools to be awarded the honor of being a "Standard Bearer" school.

This means Bell Elementary School improved in many areas on the A.Y.P., or Adequate Yearly Progress report, especially on the test scores in third and fifth grades.

Bell Elementary School is now ranked among the TOP TWENTY Elementary Schools in the Tulsa Public Schools system !
