Look What's Going on in
the Byrd Garden
Spring is
in the air and the Byrd Middle School 6th Grade science Department is ready
to start preparing our garden. We are asking for each student to bring flats
or six packs of plants (vegetables or flowers). Students will be able to use
this hands-on experience to learn about plant growth and the impact it has
on our environment. The students will utilize skills and gain experience
regarding the planning, preparation, planting and maintenance that is
essential for horticulture. We appreciate any donations and welcome you to
visit our garden to see your child's hard work.
