Participation in Student Organizations:

Central High School Fine and Performing Arts Magnet recognizes the importance of extra-curricular activities as an integral part of a students learning experience.  Active participation in organizations provides an opportunity for the development of leadership skills, social interaction and a sense of participation in the school community.  Studies show that students who become involved in extra-curricular activities benefit personally, socially, and academically. We believe that student involvement contributes to overall satisfaction with the educational experience.
