School Pictures

All students will have their pictures taken on Friday, August 31st, for the yearbook. Picture packages will be made for only those who send money and request a package by picture day.

UNIFORMS FOR 2007-08
Students will be expected to wear the following: Boys and Girls - Polo type shirts in the solid colors of: White, Navy Blue or Red.
(If shirt goes past the top of pants/shorts pockets, the shirt has to be tucked in and a belt worn.) Pants, Shorts or Skirts in the solid colors of: Khaki, Black or Navy Blue Shoes: Loafers, Tennis Shoes, Sandals (No flip-flops or shower shoes). Be sure to check out the front hall showcase for examples.

LOST & FOUND
Please be sure you are putting your child’s name in their jackets, sweaters, and coats. When lost articles of clothing are found, they will be hung on a rack at the north end of the building for one week. After that week is up, whatever is left on the rack will be donated to a charity.

The Search is On – Child Find for Gifted and Talented Services
Every child in Tulsa Public Schools who shows evidence of high performance ability in areas such as intellectual capacity, creative thinking, artistic ability, or leadership capacity, or in specific academic areas, and who requires extended learning opportunities or experiences in order to fully develop such capabilities is eligible for nomination an referral for participation in the Gifted and Talented program at Chouteau. This notice is an attempt to locate students for assessment and qualifying procedures for the service to which they are entitled. If you are aware of a gifted and talented child in need of differentiated instruction, please contact the student’s teacher, the school principal, the school counselor, or the Site Gifted and Talented Chairperson to initiate the identification process.
