INCIDENTAL GRADE
REPORT At the parent’s request, counselors will send an “Incidental Grade Report” form to the student or the student will obtain this form from the Counselor. The teacher is to complete and return this form to the student each class period. The form provides current grade status, absences, tardies, and information on the student’s conduct and attitude. On a rare occasion, an administrator or coach may request this information on a need- to-know basis. The tentative grade report dates for the 2005-2006 school year, are listed below. Changes may occur and you will be notified.
