Edison High School was dedicated on Sunday May 5, 1957. The ceremony was held in the auditorium and was presided over by school superintendent Charles C Mason

Thomas A. Edison High School in Tulsa was dedicated:
To the children we would serve today and in the years to come.
To education that is meaningful in a modern world.
To teachers who are themselves dedicated to the responsibility they assume.
On October 18, 1957 Edison Crowned Bethie Rollins as Miss Edison I

bulletGetting Most School-Spirited Award in my Junior Year, Bubba Kerig refused the Award in my Senior Year and gave it to me. But the best was after I Graduated from School, they called me to come back and gave me a plaque with my name on it. It was for all the Schools activities I participated in. Oakley Deisenroth ( Class of 1973 )
