All instruments are provided for the students to use during the school year free of charge!

Students have several performance opportunities throughout the year to showcase their musical progress.
At Gilcrease- Instrumental Music Students learn Discipline, and Responsibility in an environment that encourages and utilizes Interaction with others.
Learning a musical instrument requires Dedication and Determination. At Gilcrease we strive to make the musical experience fun and exciting as well as educational.

He has worked with instrumental music students in the Tulsa, Broken Arrow and Union school districts since 1985

Philosophy of Teaching
Students should have a caring, non-threatening environment in which to learn . Music is a vehicle that can take the student to many wonderful places as it gives them many wonderful experiences academically and socially. My job is to utilize music to help them in all other content areas.
Gilcrease offers two classes in instrumental music. If you are interested in Strings class or Band class please make a request when enrolling.
