Vision:  Skelly is either a Great Choice in the "District of Choice" or A Diamond in the Jewel of Oklahoma.

Mission:  Provide each student a quality learning experience everyday.

Beliefs:  Every student can & will learn when high expectations are a part of our daily experience; Teachers engage all students; Provide effective feedback and care about the whole child; Parents are our partners and are given numerous opportunities to be involved.
