ATTENTION PARENTS OF 6TH GRADE
STUDENTS:
* State law mandates that each student
entering into the seventh grade must have received one dose of each
Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B in order to meet the requirements for entering
into the seventh grade. Please be informed that the Hepatitis B
series consists of three shots and the Hepatitis A series consists of two
shots and takes at least 6 months to complete. Verification of the
immunizations is necessary for the school records and entrance to the
seventh grade.
