Letter from the President

Welcome everyone to a new school year and Webster's Parent
Teacher Student Association Website! My name is Debbie Little, your Unit-President.

Currently, we have 53 (card carrying) members and counting. The board met August 4th.
and voted to continue the up-keep on the school's front gardens. Big THANKS to JROTC
Leadership Camp, BoosterClub Football Team, Horticulture (Mr.Morgan) and PTSA Board
for two long work days! A job that needs attention throughout the year for anyone with
those talents that enoys yard maintenance. Then, we voted to Host a Freshman Family
Skate to start the new year on August 27th. Again, big THANKS to Principal Phil Garland,
Teachers; Phyliss Mabrey and Lynetta Tart, skaters(38), their parents, who dropped off
and picked up, Ptsa members; Teresa Smith and myself, The Skates Center and The
Kincaid Charter Company who donated a super bus and driver!

A big YAHOO & thank-you to the 21 people who participated at our first PTSA member's
meeting held on August 28th. We had prizes, refereshments, information and even voted
on up-coming events. So, come and be part of the fun and leading change.

Now, look for our PTSA table at the Block Party on September 15th. And, if you can answer
a question from this web-page, you will win a prize! It will be a great opportunity to purchase
your $5.00 membership and recieve and card, too.
