Required immunizations for the 2007-2008 school year are:

Pre-Kindergarten: DPT/DT, Four Dose; Polio (OPV), Three Dose; MMR, One Dose; Hepatitis A; Two Doses, Hepatitis B; Three Doses, Varicella; (Chicken Pox), One Dose
Students K-12: Two Dose MMR Vaccine
Students K-7: Five Dose DPT/DT and Four Dose Polio Vaccine
Students K-5, 7-12: Three Dose Hepatitis B Vaccine
Students K-5, 7-12: Two Dose Hepatitis A Vaccine
Students K-5: One Dose Varicella Vaccine
