CAMP is a great adventure for kids! Kids will experience the games, initiatives, low & high elements of the course. In addition to the fun & excitement, kids will will develop self-confidence, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, communication, respect for others, self, and authority. The camp will have a mixture of activities that focus on character building attributes including obedience, attentiveness, gratefulness, truthfulness, and generosity.
Tulsa Public Schools HelmZar Challenge Course has a variety of camps offered throughout the summer.
- Diabetes Native American Camp offered by the Indian Health Care Resource Center. Indian Health Card Required. No cost is required and the theme is prevention of Diabetes. For more information, contact the Indian Health Care Resource Center on 6th and Peoria.
- Science and Math Camp hosted with NSU and is a grant through the
Board of Regent. They will be learning science and math along with the
challenge course aspects. Hunt for the treasure with the GPS style is
the theme. No cost required. Registration done through Mike Wilds
