Volunteer Application

A number of significant volunteer opportunities exist in the community to positively impact the children of Tulsa Public Schools and surrounding areas. Listed below are several opportunities and links.

Partners in Education is a collaborative effort between the Tulsa Metro Chamber and Tulsa Public Schools. The program's focus is to link TPS students with community resources in order to provide the knowledge and skills needed for future success. Partners and schools choose their level of involvement, which may include (but not limited to) volunteering within the school, in-kind contributions or financial assistance. Big Brothers and Sisters. An in-depth mentoring program for men and women who desire to have an impact on a child in need of a positive, caring presence. Mentors are required to attend training sessions, commit to spending time with the child, and pass a background check. More information is available at www.bigbrothers-tulsa.org.
