Our core values of equity, character, excellence, team, and joy guide the ways that we work and engage with our team members and community. We know that 2020 has been unusual and challenging for everyone in our Tulsa Public Schools family, and our teachers, support professionals, and school leaders have stayed relentlessly focused on our students even while we navigate through the uncertainty of a global pandemic. As a way to spread joy and celebrate the incredible members of Team Tulsa, we will launch our 10 Days of Joy celebration on Monday, Dec. 7. Every single day from Dec. 7 through Dec. 18, we will surprise 15 team members with fun giveaways donated by our district’s senior leadership team and community partners.  

During 10 Days of Joy, everyone on our team will be automatically entered into the daily prize drawings and more than 150 teachers, support professionals, and school leaders will win prizes including treats from Harry and David’s, gift sets from Salt Prairie Ceramics, a writing journal with Sharpies gift set, National Geographic tote bags, and gift cards for Amazon, Billy Sim’s BBQ, Chick Fil A, Circle Cinema, Felini’s, Fulton Street Books, Glacier Confections, Ida Red, Lone Wolf Banh Mi, Mazzio’s Pizza, McNellie’s Restaurant Group, Mother Road Market, Old School Bagel, QuikTrip, Que Gusto, Reasor’s, Rose Rock Microcreamery, Russo’s Coal Fired Italian Kitchen, Sonic, Starbucks, Target, and Trencher’s Delicatessen.

We will announce the winners in an email to Team Tulsa every afternoon from Dec. 7 through Dec. 18, and winners will be notified directly via email. Giveaway winners will be able to pick up their prizes at the Education Service Center during time slots on Dec. 10., Dec. 17., and Dec. 21. We are so excited to spread joy and cheer to our amazing team members!
