Here is some basic information to help diploma pick up go smoothly for you:  

• Diploma pick up will be at the Enrollment Center (2819 S. New Haven Ave). It will begin on Thursday, June 20. The Enrollment Center is open from 8 to 4 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and is closed every Wednesday.  
• Please check with your school treasurer or secretary to see if you have any fees. Diplomas and transcripts cannot be picked up if you have any fees.  
• Only you or your legal guardian may pick up your diploma, and whoever is picking it up MUST have a photo ID. If you are 18 and do not want your guardian to pickup your diploma, please email whiteje3@tulsaschools.org no later than June 10. 
• Transcripts may ONLY be picked up by the student if they are 18 and ONLY picked up by the guardian if the student is not 18. There are no exceptions to this.  
• Transcripts will be free until October 1 for 2024 graduates if you pick them up at the Enrollment Center. You may also order your transcript on line at https://tulsaok.scriborder.com/.

• Recoger Diplomas será en el Centro de Inscripción (2819 S. New Haven Ave). Podrán recogerlo empezando jueves, 20 de junio. Las horas del Centro de inscripción son 8:00 a 4:00 lunes, martes, jueves y viernes (el centro no está abierto al público los miércoles todas las semanas).  
• Por favor revisar su cuenta con el tesorero, o la secretaria, de su escuela antes de venir para ver si les falta pagar alguna tarifa. No se puede recoger Diploma o Transcripciones/Registros si deben algo. 
• Los únicos que pueden recoger un diploma son el estudiante o su guardián/tutor legal. Es requerido presentar una identificación con foto al recoger el diploma. Si tiene 18 años y no quiere que su guardián/tutor recoja su diploma, por favor de enviar un correo electrónico a whiteje3@tulsaschools.org antes del 10 de junio. 
• Para recoger Transcripciones/Registros, el estudiante debe tener 18 años. Para poder recogerlos un guardián, el estudiante tiene que ser menor de 18 años. Sin excepción. 
• Transcripciones/Registros serán gratis hasta el 1 de octubre para los graduados si los recogen en el Centro de Inscripción. La otra opción sería pedirlos en línea a https://tulsaok.scriborder.com/.
