The Financial Empowerment Center provides professional, one-on-one financial counseling – at no cost -- to help all residents increase savings, reduce debt, increase credit scores, and connect to banking services.
Our certified financial counselors can meet in person or remotely (phone or video). Counselors and individuals work together to layout plans with specific strategies to reach the client's financial wellness goals. The FEC does not provide financial assistance, but counselors can connect individuals to other resources. The FEC is part of Tulsa's overall strategy to promote a resilient community.
Walk-ins are welcome -- call ahead to ensure a counselor is available to visit with you.
