Starting on Tuesday, June 1, Tulsa Public Schools will partner with Saint Francis Hospital to host vaccination clinics for students ages 12 and older and their families free of charge at two of our school sites: Carver Middle School and Memorial Middle School. 

If your family is not already vaccinated, don’t miss this opportunity to get vaccinated free of charge! St. Francis staff will provide the Pfizer vaccine.

Click here to schedule your appointment at one of our two sites. When you make your first appointment, you will automatically be signed up to receive the second dose. You must complete both sets of shots in order to be fully immunized. 

Vaccine clinics will take place at the following dates and times:

• Carver Middle School (624 E. Oklahoma Pl.)
  • First Dose: June 1, June 3, and June 10, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Second Dose: June 22, June 24, and July 1, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Memorial Middle School (7502 E. 57th St.)
  • First Dose: June 2, June 4, and June 9, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Second Dose: June 23, June 25, and June 30, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Students ages 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to receive the vaccine. Families are also welcome to walk-in without an appointment to receive the vaccine at either site.
