Please note: Tulsa Public Schools moved from the Avela enrollment system to SchoolMint on July 1, 2025. If you have not yet created an account in SchoolMint, you will need to do so in order to complete the Back-to-School Form.
  1. Create an account or sign in to an existing account at enroll.tulsaschools.org.

  2. If your account is new, you will need to Add a Student.

    Important: If you have submitted a Registration form for a student for the 2025-26 school year, it will show up as a submitted Registration. You will need to select the + on the student card to see the option for the Back-to-School form.

  3. Then click Continue to Student Information. To fill out the Back-to-School form, you will need your student’s TPS ID number/lunch number, first name, last name, and date of birth. If you need assistance finding the ID number, you can contact your school.

  4. Choose REQUIRED Back to School Form and answer the required questions.
