Katrina Johnson named the 2022-2023 Plant Operations Support Employee of the Year!

Katrina has worked for Tulsa Public Schools for 27 years. She joined the team when her students were in elementary because the schedule allowed her time to raise them.

She currently works as an administrative assistant on the Plant Operations team. In this role, she handles payroll, accounting, data entry, working with vendors, and more. She said her favorite part of the job is working with her coworkers.

"The Plant Operation team supports and works together," said Katrina. "We strive to make each an every custodian feel listened to and appreciated. We motivate and inspire each other daily."
