What stands out the most to Sire Green, a senior at Central High School, are the friendships he has made with his classmates and teachers. Sire’s teachers and school administrators beam with pride as they describe his approachability and character.
During his time at Central, Sire played several sports and participated in My Brother’s Keeper, an organization that addresses concerns of young Black men in cities around the country.
He reflects on his time at Central fondly, but is preparing to move into full-time work.
“My father and I are business partners in operating Greens Lawn Care. We serve over fifty clients in Tulsa and the surrounding communities. I love being able to create our own schedule and set our own pace.”
