Junior ROTC programs from Tulsa high schools were present at the 27th annual superintendent's review which took place Tuesday, April 5 at East Central High School. Superintendent Dr. Deborah Gist spoke to the cadets. Tulsa School Board member Dr. Jerry Griffin was also present at the event, along with other administrators.
