We are thrilled to share that our Care and Connect program has been expanded into our elementary schools! Care and Connect programming will vary by school, and supports available might include things like academic tutoring, technology assistance, and counseling supports. Some schools will also offer hours where students can have a safe, quiet space for their distance learning. Students must make an appointment to use their school’s Care and Connect Center and students and staff members are expected to follow all COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. Please call your child’s school to schedule a Care and Connect visit. You can find frequently asked questions about Care and Connect on our website.
