Lindsey Meeker is the 2023-2024 Felicitas Mendez International School Teacher of the Year!

Lindsey joined Team Tulsa in 2011 and has been teaching physical education at Mendez since 2013.

"I have learned so much during my time at TPS. I have grown as an educator, a parent, and a person. My coworkers have become my friends, and our parents and students would agree that our school takes care of each other the way a family would. I love knowing that I can positively impact my student’s lives and provide a fun and loving environment for them."

Lindsey said she feels privileged to be a teacher and parent at Mendez.

"Our staff is so passionate about fostering social, emotional, and educational growth in both English and Spanish through collaborative partnerships, a rigorous academic environment, and an inclusive community."

Outside of work, Lindsey loves spending time with her family, traveling, reading, playing soccer, and cycling.
