Nathan Hale High School held an auditorium dedication ceremony to honor former Board of Education member Ruth Ann Fate.
Principal Sheila Riley, Superintendent Ebony Johnson, and Board of Education President Stacey Wooley shared their memories of Ruth Ann Fate in the ceremony attended by Ruth Ann, her family, and members of the community.
During her 25 years representing District 6, Ruth Ann was instrumental in the creation of the Office of Student Support Services and championed arts programs in Tulsa Public Schools, including students participating in the Any Given Child program.
