If you have a concern related to discrimination, harassment, intimidation, retaliation, or serious misconduct, submit the district's Complaint Incident Report form.
Any subpoenas, summons, or legal documents addressed to Tulsa Public Schools or its related entities requesting action, attendance, or official records for court proceedings or must be scanned and emailed to the general counsel's office at email@example.com. Please note if the request is time-sensitive.
