Specialty Certification Incentive
$2,000 for teachers certified and assigned to the following areas:
- World Languages: French, German, Latin, Russian, Spanish, Chinese
- Secondary Math*: Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Intermediate Math, Advanced Math
- Secondary Science**: Anatomy, Physiology, Biology, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Physical Science, Physics
*Math Certification Requirements: Advanced, Intermediate, Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Math Analysis, Statistics, Trigonometry
**Science Certification Requirements: Biological Science, Anatomy/Physiology, Biology, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Physical Science, Physics
2025-2026 Special Education Services Incentives
Teachers
- $3,000.00 one-time recruitment incentive to certified mild/moderate special education teachers who are either newly hired by the district or a current general education teacher transitioning into a Special Education teaching position
- $4,000.00 one-time recruitment incentive to Special Education centralized program teachers-including Life Skills, RISE, CORE, STARS, ACES, elementary blended pre-k-who are either newly hired by the district, are a current Mild/Moderate SpEd Teacher transitioning into a Centralized Program classroom, or a current general education teacher transitioning into a Special Education teaching position
Psychometrist
- 5% SPED Stipend of annual salary
- 5 extra contract days
- $3,800 annual stipend
- $4,000 sign on bonus
Psychologist
- 5% SPED stipend of annual salary
- 5 extra contract days
- $5,500 annual stipend
- $4,000 sign on bonus
Related Service Providers
- $4,000 sign on bonus
- For individuals certified and assigned to the following areas:
- Speech Language Pathologists
- 5% SPED stipend of annual salary (SLPs only)
- Occupational Therapists
- Physical Therapists
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Specialists in Visual Impairment or deaf/hard of hearing services
- Speech Language Pathologists
