Harmony Wellness Consulting with Harmony Revard
As a therapist who spent nearly 10 years as a special education teacher, I understand the unique challenges educators face-long hours, emotional exhaustion, and the deep commitment to your students that sometimes comes at the expense of your own well-
being. I know what it's like to juggle endless responsibilities while trying to show up fully for your students and yourself. Now, as a mental health provider, I help create a supportive space where teachers can navigate stress, burnout, and the emotional
weight of maintaining a work-life balance.
