Junior and senior students who qualify may take courses at TulsaTech, which offers a wide range of opportunities to prepare students for success in a career. Students can choose from programs including health sciences, aerospace, pre-engineering, automotive/alternative fuels, and information technology.

Career Technology

Through our career technology courses, McLain High School students are given hands-on opportunities to learn industry standards for careers in business, information technology, manufacturing and marketing.

Early College High School

Our Early College High School program - Earn a Degree Graduate Early (EDGE) - allows participating students to graduate with both a high school diploma and an associate's degree from Tulsa Community College at the end of their high school career.

Tutoring At McLain

We host tutoring after school throughout the school year on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:45-5:00pm.

Certified teachers and City Year Ambassadors provide tutoring and assistance with homework. City Year also provides tutoring opportunities during Flex periods Tuesday through Friday.
