Services Available to Parent/Guardians

The school should communicate with parents about their child's education. To facilitate school-home communication with parents and guardians who may have limited English proficiency, Language Assistance Services offers the following services at no charge to parents:

• Face to Face interpretation
• Phone interpretation
• Written translation

Tulsa Public Schools staff who need to schedule face to face interpretation services or need a document translated should submit their request through the Language Assistance Portal form in InsideTPS. 

All district employees also have access to phone interpretation services in more than 200 languages, 24/7 by contacting Language Line at 1-866-874-3972 from any phone. 

Parent or guardians who need assistance in a language other than English may submit their request by completing our Language Assistance Request Form.
