Team Tulsa Wellness Hub

If you are someone you know is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

Welcome to Tulsa Public Schools' resource for staff wellness! Here you'll find resources, tips, and videos to support you in being your healthiest self. The valuable work of supporting students, families and community members simply would not happen without you. This responsibility requires great commitment and tremendous dedication.

WELLNESS IS AN ACTIVE PROCESS THROUGH WHICH PEOPLE BECOME AWARE OF, AND MAKE CHOICES TOWARD, A MORE SUCCESSFUL EXISTENCE. -The National Wellness Institute

Although the commitment and dedication we embody when serving others may
positively change and improve our community, it also impacts our own life.
Please don’t forget to focus on your own wellness.

For many of us this might require a shift in our thinking because every day we focus on helping others. Please know there are places and people that can help. Also, it is okay to not be okay.  If you or a loved are in crisis, please reach out immediately to one of the emergency resources below.

Wellness Support Groups

So many things have changed for many members of Team Tulsa and it can be hard to understand and process what we are feeling while determining what we should do next. You are not alone! One of Team Tulsa's amazing mental health partners, Family and Children's Services (FCS), wants to help you navigate these unusual and stressful times. FCS is offering FREE virtual support group sessions to Team Tulsa staff members. These sessions will allow you to connect with other Team Tulsa family members in a safe and supportive environment via Zoom. FCS is offering a total of four FREE sessions for every member of Team Tulsa. The sessions will be led by a mental health professional from FCS who will be there to help you talk through and explore feelings. Fill out the Team Tulsa Support Group Request form and a representative from Family and Children’s Services will reach out to you with availability and information regarding sessions.
