Tulsa Public Schools students prepare for secondary success with supportive teachers who are committed to helping each child achieve his or her greatest potential.
OUR MIDDLE AND JUNIOR HIGH STUDENTS CAN:
- Participate in highly-rigorous Pre-Advanced Placement courses to prepare for secondary Advanced Placement;
- Earn high school credits in courses such as algebra, physical science, or fundamentals of technology, and
- Build strong social emotional skills that help them make responsible decisions, understand and manage emotions, and set and achieve goals.
SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL GROWTH
In our advisory programs, students have opportunities to form strong relationships with their teachers, connect with their peers, and work on developing habits of success that will serve them well in secondary school, college, careers, and beyond.
At Tulsa Public Schools, student use Chromebooks, iPads, SmartBoards and other instructional technology to stay engaged in learning while developing the skills that they will need to succeed in the 21st century global workforce.
